ORDERING INFORMATION

Shoot me an email inquiring the available about the animal(s) in question. In the email, include the ID number of the animal(s) you are asking about, as well, as your address and phone number, so that I can verify shipping prices.

If the animal(s) is still available, I will place it on a "Hold" status. I will only keep an animal(s) on hold for a period of 5 days before he becomes "Available" on the website again.

The animal(s) will remain on hold until I have received payment and we have confirmed a shipdate.

On the morning of the expected shipdate, look for an email confirming the shipments expected arrival. I will take the animal(s) to UPS late evening, to minimize the time spent in the deli cups. Once I return home, expect another email confirming the animal(s) has been shipped and provide you with a tracking number.

DEPOSIT

If you want to place an animal on "Hold" for more than 5 days, you will need to send a minimum non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total cost. The remainder of the costs must be paid in full by the agreed upon date between goReptiles and the customer. 

If the customer cannot finish paying or backs out for any reason, you forfeit any deposit and the animal goes back up for sale. NO DEPOSITS WILL BE RETURNED.

REFUNDS:

All deposits are non-refundable.

The only means of a refund being placed will be if the animal(s) arrives ill or deceased (this excludes any changes or complications with the weather or carrier during shipment). On these terms, I must hear about this within two hours of the shippment being recieved. I must the receive proof of the condition within 24 hours. If the animal is ill and you are able to take the animal(s) to a qualified vet, I will require official documentation about the issue. In any sense, I will need proof of the concern within 24 hours before a refund takes place.


METHOD OF PAYMENT

Please contact me via email to question the availability of any reptile and to get a final cost before sending a payment. Although, I do accept payments by money orders, I prefer payments via PayPal.

If you send the payment by mail via money order, I must be notified that the payment has been sent, so that I can place the animal(s) on a "Hold" status until the payment has been received and has cleared my account, this usually takes up to 7-10 days. Once, the payment has cleared my account, I will notify you, so we can set up a ship date.

If you wish to pay by money order, email me and I will give you the detail that you need. (Who to make it out to and where to ship it). Be sure to include all information (your name, shipipng address, email, and the animal's ID), so that I will be able to match your payment with the animal(s) in question.

If you choose to pay by PayPal, shoot me an email, and I will give you the PayPal address.

For all PayPal payments, I prefer that you pay via PayPal Balance, PayPal Instant Transfer, or PayPal eCheck. I  require that all eChecks clear before I ship, which typically takes 3 to 5 days.

You will receive an invoice for the transaction with your shipment.

GUARANTEE

I provide a live arrival guarantee for all animals as long as someone is available to sign for them upon delivery and as long as the temperatures are between 50 and 90 degrees. If these conditions are not met the guarantee becomes void. If the animal(s) arrive deceased or ill, please notify me within 24 hours of arrival. I will need proof of the condition preferably by a photo sent via email. I will issue a refund or a replacement animal. If I am not contacted within 24 hours of the animal(s) arrival, I will assume it arrived fine.

I offer a 72 hour health guarantee on all of my animals. If I do not hear from you within the 72 hours, I will assume that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. I do not provide extended guarantees as I cannot prove the care that you have taken upon the animal, in regards to diet and husbandry. But, under my own, personal, watch, all animals receive excellent care, so there should be no concerns about health upon any animal. If you believe that any health concerns are due to previous condition under my care, you will need to take the animal to a qualified veterinarian; I will require official documentation explaining the issue before a refund or replacement takes place.

I, also, provide a 100% sex guarantee if an animal was sold as sexed. However, I expect you, the customer, to double check upon delivery and contact me if the animal appears the wrong sex. If the animal was sold with an "Unknown" gender description, I cannot guarantee that you recieve a male or a female, just that you receive the animal(s) of your choice.

I will not jeopardized the health of ANY animal.

SELLER'S RIGHTS:

  • Prices may change without notice.
  • I may request return of mis-sexed, ill, or deceased animals prior to a refund or replacement.
  • I reserve the right to confirm that the buyer is satisfactorily educated on the care of the animal(s) in question before shipping; for new pet owners, I may send a caresheet before sending any animal(s).
  • I have all right to refuse a sale if I feel that the animal(s) will not be taken care with the proper care. I am here for the animals. They are my MAIN priority.
