Shipping is not included in the price of an animal unless otherwise stated.

CONDITIONS

I will not ship animal(s) if the temperature is below 50 degree or above 90 degrees and/or during any extreme weather conditions. For temperatures in-between I will ship with a cool or heat pack if necessary, but a small packing fee may be included with the shipping costs. If I do not think it is safe for the animal to be shipped, I will not ship until I deem the weather is satisfactory.

Because of the gas prices, I now only ship on Wednesdays, so that I can get all orders from the week out at once without making multiple trips. I can make exceptions, but I prefer to make all shipments on Wednesdays.

I will NOT ship any animal until we have confirmed a ship date where someone will be home to accept the package.

I am not responsible for weather changes during delivery, delivery delays, or other issues due to the carrier.


SHIPPING OPTIONS

Unless otherwise requested, the below methods of shipping is the default shipping method.

Animals are shipped via UPS overnight service guaranteed delivery to most areas by 10:30 a.m. This is the ONLY shipping option available for live animals.

Live feeders are shipped via UPS Priority, 2-3 days.

Other items are shipped via USPS Priority, 2-5 days. Shipping options can be changed, as these items are non-perishable items, but I find that USPS Priority is the most efficient shipping method for non-perishable items as both the costs and shipment duration is minimized.


PRICING

UPS overnight shipping runs from $45- $60. I will need your city and zipcode in order to provide you an exact shipping quote.

If needed a heat or cold pack will be added to the package- heat packs to keep the package warm in the cooler months while cool packs are used in warmer months to keep the package warm. In these cases, there will be an additional $2 charge added to the order, which I will advise you of before payment has been sent.
